How to connect everything to your TV?

1. Locate the HDMI Port on your TV. See below for image of TV HDMI port:

 2. Connect your onn google tv Device to the TVs HDMI port, If you're using the stick version, The extender makes it easier to connect the device incase where the HDMI port is in a tight spot.After that connect the power cable to the device and plug to a power outlet.

3. Turn on the TV and tune it to the correct input using the TVs remote. This will be the same HDMI port you plugged the Fire TV Stick into, such as HDMI 1 or HDMI 3.

How to use the device to access movies, Live TV, Series, and more. Please note that if you want to access apps like Netflix, Prime, and other primary apps directly, you will need their respective subscriptions, The work around is to use some 3rd party apps that we install for Free access to movies and content from these primary apps, please continue reading for a list of these apps.

1. Connect to your network: From the onn google tv remote, click on settings, then go to network & internet and find your desired wifi network to connect to.

Troubleshooting common issues:

You got signed out of the streambox account - Since we set up all our devices with our account which also has some additional benefits like youtube premium, There are sometimes when google randomly log out some devices for security reasons. In case this happens to you, do not panic, you can just re-enter the account password stated below to continue using your device. Streambox Google Account Password - Tvgadgets2025. 2. VPN is not working - In some cases, our VPN account might have some issues due to high traffic and might be temporarily suspended, Please contact our support in case this happens and we will resolve.
   

3. Remote not working - If the remote is blinking red lights when pressed, that means it's not paired to the device and you might need to re - pair
   

4. Setup TV buttons: In most cases, you will need to configure the TV buttons on your remote to work with your specific TV, The Tv buttons on your remotes are volume, power and input. To configure these buttons, go to settings, then, go to remote and accessories and setup remote buttons.
   

5. No sound from TV: In some rear cases, you Tv might require you to setup the device's sound in order to work. Go to settings, then display and sound settings.
